I don't consider objecting to being out of pocket for returning an item that arrived faulty in the first place as "cutting off my nose to spite my face"! :mad:0

Aria's CS is crap, I have had a long run in with them over faulty items, their prices may be keen but CS is not a priority for them, in fact their last CS manager left shortly after I had started a complaint and the new one was not much better, I have worked in the CS departments for 5 of the top computer e-tailers (as a contractor working for a courier firm) and I have never come accross the behaviour Aria displays with any of the others. I only use them when they are allot cheaper then the competition!!!0
