DSTT - Can't get it working - Any tips?

Evening all,
Ordered dstt ( r4 thingy) just before Christmas from Deal Extreme - arrived today. It does not come with any software and hubby has been trying to figure it out. He followed a few youtube guidelines - but still has no joy. We are not sure what screens the DS would load up, what software to download etc
Can anyone help?

Do you have a micro SD memeory card?
you do? good.
from their website clicky download the 1.07 kernel
unzip the files to the root directory of the MicroSD card.

You would need one of the versions found on this page to get your NDS DSTT card to function.
Once you have downloaded the new menu software, you may want to check out the latest cheat files. these are simply downloaded and copied into the menu folder on the SD Card.
