In order:
2007: Nadia at TalkTalk for helping resolve an account mix-up quickly and painlessly (basically, my online account details had been assigned to someone else's by mistake, thankfully the other person let me know too).
2007: Royal Mail for advising that I could claim back postage on my Special Delivery item because it was a day late (I'd paid for next working day by 1pm) - waiting for the claim to be processed): the item got there, which was the most important thing.
2007: Stuart at Quidco for answering my enquiries quickly, even though the first ones were numpty ones that I should have been able to figure out myself, but I can be very dumb sometimes...
2008: Kerri (or it could have been Kelly) at HMRC Tax Credits for helping me find out why my payments were suspended and getting them reinstated so I could be paid what I'm entitled to.
2008: Tesco Direct for prompt delivery of my order the other day.
