Book cheap flights yourself and then book the Hotel Josef (direct online) 4 Star and just off the main square. The most comfy bed I have ever had in a hotel!!!
https://www.hoteljosef.com.
They will arrange to pick you up from the airport as well.
Great restaurant around the corner "Lary Fary" and bar "Kolkovna". also the restaurant "Pravada" is something special!!!
Enjoy.

We booked our flight through http://www.easyjet.com/ and flew from Stansted. We booked our hotel on http://www.lastminute.com/
We stayed at http://www.hotel-u-hvezdy.prague.st/index.php and can deffintly recomend it, it is just outside of the main city area, but there is a tram route from hotel to city, and is very easy to use, plus the hotel has a restaurant. We had a 2 course meal, plus a couple of beers each and came to a total of £8.00, so i would say thats a bargin. The closer you get to the city the more expensive things get, but not that you would moan at paying 1.50 for a beer!!! Cheapest we found it was 55p
We also bought a card over here, but can buy in Pague too, whcih gave us 3 days of travel on metro, tram and trains, plus entrance to 40 places. It cost us 20.00 each for that.We got it from this web site http://www.czech-slovak-tourist.co....uecard&pn=index0 -
Went last year from east midlands with BMI Baby and stayed in absolutely STUNNING hotel (I don't really like anything except for smart, modern, hip hotels)...called Andels Hotel http://www.andelshotel.com/
We didn't book the hotel direct though, did it through
http://www.octopustravel.com/IntlHome.jsp
and got hotel for around half of the price quoted on Andels site...very trendy hotel - and next to tube stop....
Enjoy it am jealous
ooooooooooo forgot to say cannot tell you how fantastic the Kampa Group restaurants are. Very smart, reasonably priced (expensive for Prague, but cheap for us) collection of 3 (i think) restaurants...my fave was Kampa Park...overlooks the river (the most expensive of them all, but the best food)...watch out for wine lists though...I nearly died when I saw the Reserve list (£150 per bottle)...then I noticed the cheaper selection (£10-£12 per bottle)!!!!
