I do use TopCashBack as well, but they don't do cashback on the same retailers as Greasypalm. And you're right, that doesn't help me now

I know it doesn't help you now, but why are you using them when many other cashback web sites pay more. Topcashabck is better than GP and I would go further and say it's better than Quidco who pay all the cashback but without any annual fee and can pay over 100%.

I hope you get your money. :)

And Top Cashback have more sites on it now since Quidco broke off their relationship with Affiliate Window who were supplying a number of their affiliate deals.

I know people at both of those websites! if there are any sites being advertised on one and not the other (Top Cashback and Greasy Palm) then let me know. I work in the affiliate industry...

While all this is nice to know - does anyone have any suggestions on how I should go about getting my cashback?

contact your bank and see if they know what is going on? also ask gp to contact their bank and see where the payment went as it has not gone to the correct place. have they definatley used the correct bank details when they sent the payment?

you may need to rely on gp to sort this out with their bank.

I decided to be paid out in Amazon vouchers as I thought I would have the money quicker, however the code isn't available straight away but can take up to 10 days. This information wasn't available anywhere before I decided to take up the offer or I would have just opted for BACS!

Does anyone know if it normally takes the whole 10 days?

I'm still waiting for mine. Did you get yours eventually and how long did it take?

It took around a week if I remember rightly. I kept checking greasypalm all the time, but you will get an email when the code is there.
