GreasyPalm

Options
Hi,

Can anyone help?

I've been doing the daily clicks on Greasypalm (amongst others) but I haven't seen any appear in my account history since 9th Jan yet if I check my click history, they're there. Am I doing something wrong? Will they be credited eventually or have I lost them?

Thanks

Christine

GreasyPalm has to be one of the worst cashback sites out there. I stick with RPoints, Quidco and Give Or Take
  • What has happened to greasypalm.co.uk - everytime I login it says my account has been de-activated - the screen looks like this:

"Your account has been de-activated due to no activity for more than 12 months. We do this for accounting purposes. This is in accordance with our terms & conditions.

If you wish to re-activate your account please click here.

Please note that if there is still no activity on your account by the end of the month your account will become de-activated again."

So I dutifuly comply and it puts me back on the login page, so I log in again and the same message comes up again!

My account has been active in the last year so the message is wrong. I can't email anyone to complain as you have to login to raise a ticket!

Is this happening to anyone else?

My account was deactivated too last year saying theres no activity or something and I almost close to the minimum level of payout and was wanting to place an order thru' greasypalm when I found I couldn''t login.

I was quietly active ordering every 2-3 months when I actually needed something, so am really disappointed with greasypalm.

I sent several e-mails and then found the only way to send a message was to re-join as a new user and even that did not solve my loss of account and cashback accumulated. In the end I gave up and joined quidco and within a few months I accumulated far greater levels of cashback than I could ever have imagined on greasyplam, plus there is a customer support that do reply at Quidco.

Good Luck with your account, hope you have better luck than me sorting it out!
  • Thanks midnight_bazaar, I don't think I'll bother with them I'll just do what you have done and join Quidco!

The main one we signed up for was Privilege insurance.. never did see the cashback. In fairness I did on everything else. But the Privilege was a lot, annoyed I am!!

I have been with greasypalm for a couple of years now and have had over £180, got privalidge car insurance recently and cashback was added in a few days i made a bit by joining the bingo when the cashback was at around £15 to £20 and you only had to deposit a fiver. Plus you get 20% with ebay also if you register your card then when you shop at high street stores you get automatic cashback which i have received. JJB is most popular given i have an 11 year old sports mad child lol. Just looked on my account balance have not been on for aboput 3 weeks have £7.89 just from ebay and cashback using my card in halfords and jjb. I rate this site highly i have had cash for refering friends £7 each.
