help with outlook express

Hi,
Can anyone help me with a problem I have on outlook express?

It seems that I have put a particular sender on my blocked senders list by mistake, problem is I dont know how to unblock them, can anyone put me right? if so I promose to be more careful in future

In OE, Tools/Message Rule/Blocked Senders List/ Tab Blocked Senders List then highlight and Remove should do the trick.

Hi total solutions,

I have tried that buuuuuuttttt when i get to message rules there are no entries in my blocked senders list which cannot be right as I have deffo added loads of unwanted emails to my blocked senders list but they are not coming up? ant ideas?

Have you set up any message rules then do move or delete messages?

Is the filter set up locally or with your ISP?

i hav'nt knowingly set uo move or delete for my messages if I have i dont know how I've done this!

Have you got Mailwasher or other piece of anti-spam software that enables you to block emails with Friends lists?
