Christmas break in Scotland?

We're thinking ahead as we need to book something special for my mum's 60th birthday this Christmas day. They'll be about 10 adults and 2 kids and we'd like a 2 nt break in a Scottish hotel or castle (if funds stretch) with everything included. We'll need to fly up there so not too far away from any of the main airports.
Does anyone have any recommendations??
