Quick Question Here,
I Have Windows Vista Premium on My Pc, Pc Has died and want to move my vista onto laptop. Wont let me activate as already on the PC.
Can I phone microsoft to ask for another code?

If Vista came with your PC then no.0

most likely it will be an oem copy so no. Also what spec is your laptop - don't advise using vista full stop but if the laptop isn't that top end/new then it isn't going to run vista that well.0

In a nutshell:
What kind of Vista do you have - OEM or retail? If it came with your computer (OEM), then no, you can't put it on another computer.
If you bought it (retail), Microsoft will let you activate it, providing it is not used on your PC that has died. You can only install it on one computer at a time.0 -
