Help with holiday in Wales

Hi, looking to go to wales last 2 weeks in Aug. Can go from 16/08 and need to be back by 1st Sept. Best prices I could find were 540 for one week w/c 23/08 or 2 weeks for £1115 this was at kiln park. Perhaps you wouldnt mind seeing if you can get any better than this. Would prefer South to North Wales.
Anyone know any particularly good sites?
Another option was to do 7 nights w/c 23/08 and 3 nights from 30/08 do you know if Haven offer a discout for booking two holidays .( system will not let you book a straight 10 days for this date).

Checking the Haven website I can see there’s one for Presthaven Sands for £484 for one week, week commencing 23 August but that’s North Wales if you dont mind.
Or South Wales - Quay West is £503 for the same dates.
I can’t find any cheaper holidays for a fortnight than the £1,115 you mentioned for 16 Aug. I don’t know what deals and discounts you could get from booking by phone but might be worth giving it a try.

Have you tried Carmarthen Bay? They're offering a week starting at £391.
My daughter has been there and enjoyed.

They have a site called Trecco Bay in Porthcawl. We use the pool facilities as we live nearby.

A 2 bedroom sleep 4-6 Snowdon is £908.00 for 2 weeks from 16th August.

Also have a site further west called Pendine Sands which used to be a Haven Park.

Have you thought of Mumbles Swansea, Gower Coast.

Slightly further north west of Carmarthen you have Cenarth Falls (link and link). Within driving distance of the coast and loads of lovely places. We stayed at the Penlan site last year (the second link) for a week in a friend's cabin and it was great. Although we don't actually live all that far away from there (about 45 minutes drive) it was nice to be that bit closer to all the places we wanted to go for days out as DD gets car sick. You're about a 10-15 minute drive from a lovely beach at Poppit Sands in Cardigan, and just down the coast from New Quay. Well worth considering (and much nicer than Trecco imo :rolleyes:).

Tenby is beautiful, and is quite popular, so I imagine that'd be a good bet, although I don't stay in that town so I cant help with precise locations...

Dont really rec. pendine, there isnt much there IMO (even the amazing pizza place got sold on...boo!)

try on rightmove site they have a holiday letting's department ,have seen some lovely properties in wales
