Good bars in Leeds???

Going to Leeds for a girlie weekend. We have booked into Jurys Inn. Can anyone recommend good bars, pubs and clubs.

Go to Greek Street - Henry's & Living room are pretty steady and there's lots of other pubs/bars around that area that are really good. Ask someone for directions to Champagne bar, again lots of nice bars round there. It's a good night round Leeds, I go once every other month and I always enjoy it.

Just asked my son in law and he says for bars he'd recommend the new Revolution on Millenium Square , Bourbon , Tiger Tiger and says Fab Cafe is always a laugh. He hasn't been to any clubs recently , but Oceana is nice although a bit pricey.

He says Henry's is more middle aged , but is still a good night and the Living Room can be pretty pretentious and gets really busy on a weekend. Quid Pro Quo which is over the road from Henry's is good and also Prohibition.

All a matter of personal taste though so HTH

fab cafe is GREAT!... thats my preferred spot at the end of the night..

for some reason (and its a great idea) they sell sweets, like drumstick lollys, wham bars, sherbert dib dabs etc etc behind the bar too

north bar is where i start the night out at, and then end up at fab cafe....

another vote for north bar... get there early, it does get extremley busy
