where do I begin to look?

Hey all... I need a laptop!

Question is, where do I look? What do I need to know?
Help!

I'm great at using PCs, but I have NO idea what I need to look for!

Any suggestions would be great!

Any laptop for that sort of price will be able to do the job. Have a look at the cheap laptop hunt thread at the top of this forum. Id look for Core 2 Duo , and 1Gb of memory.

What Zagu said but if you go with Vista, and personally I would, then get 2Gb of memory. The one on here for £349 should be suitable.

Chuckley... I know that! but it's MSE! I was hoping that the guys here would be able to expand on that and tell me what size memory etc to get for the best price! Silly billy!
