Fitting a new radiator and vitting the valves

I know how to take radiators on and off with ease, problem I have got is my bathroom radiotor has seen better days (rust) even paiting it will make no difference.
So if I buy a new radiaor does it come with the valves/connectors fitting or not, if not how do I fit them, do I need that white tape and what do I do with it 1st.
I am fine hanging the radiator and re-filling the system.

all rads come bare. you need to fit the valves at each end. use the white ptfe tape. simple enough.
(wind the tape onto the threads, clockwise).Get some gorm.0
