wonder if anyone can help my wife.
she has a kays visa card with a 2.5k limit. this morning a littlewoods visa card arrived with the same limit.
problem is that she has never applied for a littlewoods visa card!
she has never signed anything for littlewoods, yet the card is active. (PIN to follow asap).
we are just interested,, is any credit agreement/repayment legally enforcable for this card?

what a funny day.
now the halifax has rang up (she has an ISA account with them) and offered/given her a mastercard with % interest on all purchases for 12 months.
agreement has been sent out, sign and return.
