Capital One Arrangement help required.

I'm trying to strike an arrangement with Capital One as my card has gone overlimit by 250 quid thanks to Christmas (happy times!).
They are requesting a monthly balance sheet before they'll consider an arrangement. Are there any tips I can use to get away with paying them less no matter how below the belt and evil the ideas are?
I've suggested to them that they blow the interest rate down and come to a fixed arrangement and that I surrender my card facility (I don't want it anyway)
Unfortunately (for once) I can afford to pay them, but it's not my "worst" card interest wise so I want to put them on the backburner while I snowball another two things first.
I could blatantly lie about my salary but I think that might land me in the crap.

£8k to pay off before Jan 2011! Was 28k to pay off by Jan 2010 though so I'm happy
