I took my Camcorder into My local Photography Shop back in November, It needed to be looked at as it was playing Up. The guy in the shop gave me a reciept and said he would send it off to his repairers and they would call me to let me know what the problem was, if it could be repaired and how much.
I have visited them 3 times to enquire about it as i didnt get a call and they say o yes we will get onto it. I have just called them again and he said he would email them, i suggested he call them and he said that they dont answer the phone... But he will email them and if i call back in two days to get an update.
What are my options here?? I have told him i just want my camcorder back
My thoughts are something has happened to it..Ie they have lost or smashed it.
The camcorder was a gift i cant afford to just let it go... what now???
Anyone in Brownhills the company is Starlight Photographic services...AVOID
Thanks
