lastminute.com hasn't sent me my purchase!

Hi,

I ordered a £30 voucher from lastminute.com for my mum for mothers day (march i think) and they never sent it.
I email their help desk and they send an email back saying i can track my order through the My Account feature. That doesnt answer my question, but the email says if this doesnt help reply to this email, so i do. Then i wait and wait and wait and no reply.
So i send another email thru the website, same reply, i reply to it, i get no reply.
So send another email. Same circle happens again.
This has been going on since march!!!
I want my money back or the voucher to be sent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    They are a totally unreliable company.If you paid by credit card you can get your money back from them or is it just over a certain amount?
    They rarely reply to emails and don't give out phone numbers.

    Write them a letter by recorded delivery giving them 7 days for a refund or you will either do a chargeback on your credit card assuming you paid by credit card and or take legal action. Looks like you getting the runaround from them
