MOT: try to remember this (i know you've got a lot to remember but this part may truly help): if you find yourself getting panicky, then try to breathe from your stomach - deep breaths, slow deep breaths, because when you breathe that deeply its impossible to panic. Some physiological reason, from what i remember. anyway. it works for me!

When I was having really bad panic attacks I was told to use the work relax.
Breathe in on re out on lax.... Re - Lax. Apparently the smaller amount of oxygen helps.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
