    Proud to be dealing with our debts:p
    Lightbulb moment - September 2006.
    Got organised, got a joint account, stopped overspending.
    Debt free date: December 2009 - we can do it!
    # IA's Lose the belly, bum (and the debt) challenge 2008

    Halve our debt in 2008 / Pay off the rest in 2009

    Goals by July 2008:
    * Former employer overpayment with £1,800 remaining...
    * 0% Virgin Credit card with £1,800 (we needed a holiday...!)

    Thanks, triker, for starting this thread. MOT has endured 'pure hell' at the hands of her local council's housing department, yet has shown remarkable resilience and tenacity throughout.
    Her thread demonstrates her steadfast attitude against a, so far, unyielding wall of bureaocracy and prejudice.
    She has fought hard for tomorrow's appeal and fully deserves our support.
