Our letting agent and landlord one let themselves in saying they had tried to contact us by phone. OH went pretty mad seeing as they walked in on him in bed :eek: (he was off work ill that day). After that they always emailed and wrote to us!!!A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0

Neither the letting agents nor the landlord is allowed to do that. Tell them that they should write to you and ask you to phone to make an appointment to inspect. That way, everyone knows what's going on.KNIT YOUR SQUARE TOTALS:

even if the tenancy agreement says the landlord has the right to enter - that is not what the law says - and the law takes precedence over a tenancy agreement clause.0
