Money saved on new leather bed!

We recently bought a new leather bed in the sales from savings and wedding present money from Homebase. I had looked on the Internet and Homebase had the best deal at 219.99....kingsize with two drawers underneath, just what we wanted and I knew it was a good deal as I had shopped around.
When it came to delivery, Argos were going to deliver it. It may well be they are sharing delivery costs, but out of curiosity I had a look on the Argos website. They do an identical bed except it has 4 drawers ( not many of the leather ones have any)...and it's £649.99!
As you can imagine, I am now even happier :j :j :j :j :T . Our old double bed is going to go in the spare room and the single bed I got for my son when he was 3 ( he's now 20) is going to a local charity unit where they help homeless people get back on their feet.....hopefully everyone will sleep a little easier.
All I have to do now is recycle/rehome/carboot/ebay unwanted things so visitiors can actually get into the spare room and onto the double bed:rotfl:
Still, it's a first step and a big one....am also trying to encourage my new husband to "thin out" all his dvds.....watch this space!

Well done.
Make sure you look after the leather as bed heads suffer badly from head oils and this can destroy the finish on the leather. Use a good water based leather protector and clean regularly with a maintenance product like Lazy Leather, this will make it last much longer.
