Does anyone know how to go about replacing a lost motorbike theory certificate?

Using lost theory certificate as a search argument, the first item on the resultant list is this.

Q Is it possible to get a replacement theory test certificate if the original has been lost?

A You will need to contact the customer service team at the DSA responsible for the theory test who will be able to help you further.
