Advice please on currency for Scandinavia

In July, we are off on an organised coach tour to Denmark/sweden/Norway, going for 12 days. Much of the food is already covered, but we will still have some dinners to buy, plus day to day expenditure.
Now obviously we are talking about 3 different currencies, and I wonder if anyone else has done a similar tour, and can recommend the best way to take funds, ie Travel cqs, Credit/debit cards/cash/Euros/Sterling etc.
Also, any advice, hints, tips on the area would be welcomed.
