Van Insurance rip off

I have just sold my little Escort van and cancelled the policy, it cost £238 6 mths ago and I have just recieved a refund cheque for the grand sum of £9.95, just been told that the rest was taken for admin fees. Someone help, please.:rolleyes:

Check your policy document. It will say in there what the cancellation provisions are.
It would also help if you said the insurer's name as well.0
