Anyone work for ryanair?

This may be a long shot but i was wondering if anyone actually works for ryanair, or knows alot about the company itself?

Im doing an exam on corporate culture and i need to find out things about how ryanair does its business, what its values, beliefs are. How influential michael o leary is ect ect.

there was also a documentary by dispatches on ch4 about ryanair staffs - it was on google videos before - might be somewhere! it'll be a good watch for you

I'm not sure you'll get many responses as most of the Ryanair staff I meet don't appear to speak English too well so I doubt whether they'll read this.
And the wages they pay 'em means they probably can't afford the Internet anyway !
