Cheer for that DFC. In the email I had back from the counci they said they would need me to register with them if I decided to go ahead.

Still no reply though from them about working from home - the Powys link is very useful - that's going into my Favourites!!!

My money saving tip is do your food hygiene certificate online here www.food-certificate.co.uk. This one is certified by ASET so you know its a good one. It's £25 and it took me about 2 1/2 hours then the certificate came through the post 3 days later. Taking this course means that you are complying with the law.
