Hotel Papi, Malgrat de Mar

I was wondering if anyone has stayed in this hotel recently, and could give me a bit of feedback about it?
Is there anything much for teenagers to do in the hotel ( or in the area).
I will be going there at the end of April with my daughter, who will be almost sixteen at the time.
We are having a bit of mother/daughter 'quality time"! But I think she might like to meet a few people her own age sometimes.

Any tips welcome...........

i have stayed here but it was some time ago (15 years or so!) From what i remember it wasn't really a bad place, set back slightly from the main road down the sea front. Food wasn't fantastic but that will have probably changed since then. The only real down point was the fact it was over the road from a german oompah bar which was noisey till quite late on. But again this may well have changed since i went.

we stayed at the marapins last year, fab hotel. We met a couple who stayed at the papi twice a year and absolutley raved about it. we used to go to the quiz, at a little spainish pub opposite it and it looks great. It s on the corner, just off the main promenade, about 4 mins walk from the beach (under the railway) we loved our holiday in malgrat and I would def go back and I also would give the papi a try!:j

we never noticed much noise from the bars near the papi, we went there in June, so it was busy but not rowdy. Plenty for teeangers to do, beach nearby, pool in hotel, shops all along front and aquapark and marine land, a free bus ride, just 10 mins to blanes. my son 12, really enjoyed slides at aquapark and it was a cheap day out!
