Child Trust

Hi. My mum is moving abroad in the next couple of years so I need to look at getting a mortgage soon.
I have got £2000 saved for a deposit at the moment.
I have a child trust fund set up of £4000 that I will be access at the age of 21 (I am 18 at the moment)
I am wondering if there is any way I can apply to release this amount early because of my situation?
Thanks in advance.

Enquire of the Trustees? In particular if they (or one of them) established the Trust. If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
