    Anyone having trouble logging in? I registered under one email and amended my details a few weeks ago. The updated site doesn't recognise either email address.

    you can have trouble if the item is out of stock with the supplier and you try and get your ipoints back. I ordered a dvd in October and still havnt got it. I have being trying to get ipoints to cancel the order and get a refund since January 2nd but have had no replys to my cancelation requests and no refund from ipoints so far.
