advise on ipoints please????

are the quick at sending out stuff for them i wanna order alot as have a lot of points, but wanted to know if i can trust them to send me everything

I have ordered stuff from them that has arrived within a week but then another time i ordered it took nearly a month, Everything has arrived ok though in the end.

they order from one of their partners... like prezzybox.com they place the order well within 24 hours according to my experiences. and they use reputable companies too.

I ordered a dvd boxset (which they send through sendit) and i got it within a week. I think it depends on where the item comes from.

I have been getting rewards from ipoints for a year now with no problem. Sometimes the supplier is a bit slow sending the reward out and I always find it best to contact the supplier directly after getting the order reference from my ipoints account
