Balance transfer needed for non-UK resident

Hi - I live in France but still own a house in the UK. I am also paid in the UK by a UK company. I have 2 credit cards that I have bumped up somewhat and want to switch to O% balance transfer but all the cards I have looked at so far - Virgin, etc are only open to UK residents. Can anybody recommend a legit way around this or know of anyone who will offer a balance transfer to a non-UK resident? My current credit cards are both UK cards.
