What type of visa? Hubby been offered job in New Zealand!!

Hi all my hubby has just been offered a job in New Zealand but i've been looking on the nz gov website and am unsure as to which visa/permit we will need to apply for? the job is permenant and we are looking to live their permenantly.

Thanks in advance for any advice

also do you know of any cheap flights?
