Disneyland Pais and Formule 1

Has anyone stayed in one of the 3 formule 1 hotels which on the website says 'near to disneyland'?
Wanting to go as cheap as possible and i'm thinking staying here for 4 nights and hiring a car would be the cheapest option. I'm just not sure how near they are, don't fancy an hours drive every morning to get to the parks but for 31 euros a night i'd much prefer to stay here!!
Any advice would be great
