The biggest drawback with Aldi for me is that they don't accept credit cards, so I don't get any Tesco points. Try their Oaties biscuits, not quite a Hob Nob, but very close.0

Yes I love Aldi too. I've been shopping there on a weekly basis for about 18months now and I can recommend them. I also do a 'top up' at Adsa or Tesco for certain things that I can't get in Aldi but I reckon that 75% of our food comes from there.
I buy lots of their fruit and veg and (if it's stored properly) I've never had a problem with it going off any quicker than the stuff from other supermarkets. There is so much of their food that I would recommend but you need to try it out yourself and then after a few weeks you'll be a convert. I even bought a nice waterproof/fleecy jacket for work in there last week for £19.99.:D
Over the past 18 months our monthly food bill has reduced from £360 to around £220! :j0 -
I find the staff very nice and they are very efficient in what they do. Also the tills even when large queues go down quickly because 2-3 shoppers can load at any one time. I like it that way.
I like the deals on Thurs and sometimes Sunday0
