windows mail..edit the junk folder?

ok i think i accidently put a friends email in the junk senders
how do i edit the junk email folder to see if i have put the wrong senders in there

what is the email client ? Outlook ? outlook express ? Eudora ? thunderbird ?
Web-based yahoo/hotmail/isp's ?
I realise you said windows email .. but is a little vagueRich people save then spend.

Select the email you received from your friend and then click "not junk" on the top. From next time your friends email will be delivered in the inbox.££££££
