Agreed. My extra payment is now safely in my paypal account and I'm now working on another chunk that should see that debt paid off before March which would be a bit weight off my mind - and I'm enjoying myself too. Even the awful tracks are fun and this thread makes it a lot of fun - not brave enough to venture onto the STP forum which seems to take itself very seriously.

Yeah not everyone but some of the people are just so amusingly up themselves its bound to put a lot of people off

I wonder how many of the artists have cottoned on to this thread - they'd be able to get a bit nearer resolving their annoyance at the anonymous comments they don't like. Eeek.

I think it would be silly for stp to make the reviews given known by that i mean showing your name and your star rating because it would just allow alot of them to reply to you to air their grievances and i think thats bad

Opinions are opinions good and bad what is good to some isnt to others and everyone should be allowed to say what they feel thats the beauty of it all

Ah well

*edit* i also am aware that i would probably be put on the most hated list lol*

Do you think so? I would imagine that you have your no 1 status because of fair and genuine comments - only you know the venom with which you wrote it, and what you wanted to write really.

I hope they don't print names etc as I agree with you that it would destroy it. There was also a whole thread about how people who don't like/understand a genre shouldn't be allowed to review it and I'm curious to know how they'd check your credentials before giving you access to it - insist on checking your MP3 player?? In my opinion, and that's not saying much, but everyone has the right to be a critic and I've heard several tracks on STP that I've loved be it metal, blues, country etc - not many Hip Hop ones though :rotfl:

I've just noticed Ive done over 820 tracks now. Blimey! Was going to call it a day after todays fiver but not got a lot else to do for another hour. The lst 4 tracks Ive listend to have been so slow, I thought they were going to stop completely.

I think my number one status is purely because of my accuracy,If i went down tomorrow it wouldnt matter
Its easy to get caught up on the accuracy side of things so i dont tend to look at it anymore i just write as i feel

I have said on many tracks that its given me a new perspective on the genre and i think thats a great comment because most people generally have a preferred kind of music they listen too and if a track can appeal to the masses its a good thing

Its broadened my horizons so i like that

woohoo Rufus - that's great. My little one decided he preferred Balamory and a snuggle on the sofa so I'm allowed a bit longer to try and get my £5.

I cant wait for the rest of the STP money to go in to PayPal so I can transfer it over. My daughter wants some help with her college exam fees so it will come to good use.
