Mmm...Dull fare this morning, fairly bland material. I could really do with Fridges of Uganda or the sex song to add interest. I cant keep going long if its just endless average go nowhere stuff, my creative juices just dry up and I end up repeating myself. At least my accuracy keeps on going up as I think most people are scoring generic tracks these 4-6 were all of a muchness.

I'm out today so wont be able to do any more till tomorrow. I hope the scout room is still open then as I'm some way from my target of 300 tracks in order to pay the dentist. I'll need to do an all nighter but If its finished I'm stuck.

Actually, without wanting to spoil anyones fun or prospects. I was kind of pleased to see in the slicethpie newsletter that there will be a little break before the next room opens. I find this quite addictive and spend too many hours at it - a two or three day enforced break wouldn't be any bad thing. I find I'm worried the room will shut before I reach my target so just keep on going. At least its way better than daily clicks! I feel such a sad sack doing all those clicks in my desperation for another 1p.
I tried the old cancel Sky and hope they offer you cut price for three months trick. (It needed to go but I had hoped to hang on for 3 more months of footy - not that I watch it as much doing this all the time) Rotters, they actually waved me a cheery goodbye after 7 years of custom.

Playing (Free) online bingo too. Very dull stuff indeed. Do hope I get that scary track - I've got my review ready and I've not even heard it yet - but I've got all the material I need from here.

I dont plan to do the techno room but having said that, I had 3 blinding techno tracks one after the other last night and they had me dancing all over the room, mega infectious! Consider I'm a middle aged balding lecturer in countryside skills, oooh aaarrrgh and all that, from Naawwwferk and you get the idea they must have been good. Maybe I could do a few after all but I dont want to wreck my hard worked for accuracy - Still not in the top 100 though.

To all who slice the pie today - Enjoy!

11 more tracks and I'll reach my target - hopefully will still be open for me:)
Norfolk_Jim I was at the stage where I think the internet will have to go with Virgin:( but now I can make teh cost of it and more on STP so I'm happy:)

Edit: Yeah! I made it:) Will try to make £40 by the end of the month now bearing in mind we'll have a few days without scouting and I'm not really sure I will be impressed with the new arena.

Paula Goberna - House on Fire - what a one to meet my target with - appalling:(
God Love You for A Liar - Love Like We're Lovers - fabulous - so much energy and passion! Stood out a mile this morning.

I've just started SLP - been reviewing for about half hour now - bored out my brains but will keep going. I've just noticed its not showing that i've rated any songs - does it take time for the rated songs to appear?

    Thanks

Had some pretty bland stuff this morning too... nothing terrible, nothing great...

I really dont want there to be a techno room or rap/hip hop room... mixed is so much better.

When you have finished a review, click on the bit that says "View scouting history" on the right hand side, it will take you into your history, when you go back to the room, it should of updated.

    Thanks Amy!!!

Myself I'm hoping for a hip hop/rap room as this rock stuff is getting a bit much for me this early in the morning.
