  • It's all so arbitrary I've only ever banked on 5p a song. I've reviewed over 600 (still a beginner compared to some) and under the "old" regime, had 88-89% accuracy, and still no third star...

    Ho hum.

Under the old system I think you needed 91% + for your third star. You may find that you will maintain 3 stars easier when you get there as you are obviously using a bigger spread than those using the traditional 4-7 spread for their reviews, and as such are less likely to get penalised and dropped down.

Ok, this would imply that 90%+ gives 4 stars, certainly not expecting to keep this very long so thought would post for posterity :)

I was 3 stars when I logged on two days ago, now I'm down to 1 star at 93% accuracy and earning vouchers? Close to quitting STP altogether

  • Dinah, stick with it, you will be 1 star for about 6 - 10 tracks, then upto 2 stars, and it shouldnt be too long to get up to 3 stars.

Your accuracy isnt as important now, it has a bearing, but 90% is good enough for 4 stars it seems.
  • Well, taken nearly 50 reviews, but actually heard a band that's pretty good!! They say that it takes a lot of luck to get signed, but man, I've seen evidence that most bands just plain aren't good enough

  • i havent been on stp for a few days, and i had gone down to 1 star:eek: but i am now back on 3 stars it seems my stars are going up and my accrruacy is going down, just gone under 90%, but i am now rating the way i was before... if its crap it wuld be 1 and if i liked it anything between 8 - 10

  • I seem to have stabalised on 3 stars for the moment, though I fully expect this to drop again as I dont think I have reviewed too many tracks yet.
  • 90% does seem to be the threshhold for 4 stars, not sure on the number of tracks though, but I have reviewd 466

accuracy is no where nar as important any more..

My 92% with over 5k tracks is only good for 1/2*
