Petitpeche has made a reall useful post. I posted earlier re getting my 2nd star at 34 reviews and I'd used my tips as i went along, so they obviously do count number used. Thanks peche

also does anyone know if there's any point tipping the same band more than once?Is it a wasted tip or is it tipping the song that's important?Just wondering because i've heard a great band - had to happen;)-and have 2 of theirs on my watchlist, one ive already tipped

    Hiya Sinderella,

I too had the same situation, and I think it's always a good sign when you have more than one song by the same artist in your watchlist! :D
I think when you tip, you tip the artist more than the song itself, as I've found once I've tipped them, it says 'tipped' next to them, and there's nothing more can be done.

I hope that makes sense?

hey, im a student too, its not a way to make loads of cash but its rather fun and its not very hard..
All you do is register to slicethepie, then go to scout rooms (make sure youve given yourself a record label name) then click on scout now and follw through to (currently) the dance/pop/electro scout room, click play and start reviewing. When you start off you'll get 3p per track i think but it builds up, then you withdraw (min. 5 quid) to paypal.
The FAQs / top tip threads are really good so maybe give that a read.

  • Hi PDD,
theres all the info you should need here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=685155

it does work and you can make money, as long as you can tolerate the rubbish that does come out.
