LooydsTSB collection centre

Does anyone have the contact details where to make official complaints to LloydsTSB contact centre?

I having problems dealing with them as they actually won't let me pay my debt off I have with Lloyds and have forced me into a position where they can just continue to add charges to my account and there is nothing I can do to stop them and the money they add far exceeds what I pay them monthly. :(

I've tried telephoning them but it's impossible to get put through to someone who isn't intellectually challenged. :rotfl:

Should I complain to the bank or, as they keep ignoring all my correspondence, should I go straight to the financial ombudsmun?

You can make a complaint to any LloydsTSB branch or any LloydsTSB contact centre. Just address it to their customer relations department.

Are you sure they are refusing to let you pay it off? Or is it that they personally cannot deal with that transaction themselves and need it to be done via a branch or the loan serviceline.

  • No they were accepting my payments up until december when the agreement we made was due to be reviewed. I wrote to them in November before the date it was due to end, and explained that my financial situation had not changed, enclosed my income and expenditure and asked to continue with the agreement.

I got no response and when I phoned them to see why they had added £200+ charges to my account in January, they said I didn't have an overdraft, hadn't had an agreement with them since June and that they would no longer accept my payment because the charges meant I have to pay more now. But I never stopped paying them and if they hadn't rescinded on our agreement in the first place the charges wouldn't have happened. I now have no idea what I can do other than sit and wait for them to pass on my debt to debt collectors which is what they threatened me with when I phoned them. I can't believe how intentionally nasty they are :(

You can send a written complaint to the address at the top of your statement. (thats what it says in the complaints procedure).
They also give an address to follow up a complaint which is also on the tsb website.
