I bought a 60ml of Feliway Natural spray from the above company and it arrived last Thursday.
I followed the instructions and was amazed that the bottle wouldn't spray properly by Thursday night.
When hubby came home friday I asked him to get the lid off because I thought the spray thing had broken and I would transfer it into another bottle.
He got the lid off and the bottle was empty. There is no way I got through 60ml of spray in less than 24 hours.
I emailed vetuk.co.uk on sunday, that being my earliest opportunity.
They replied on Monday just saying contact the manufacturer.
I told them the manufacturer had nothing to do with this as my contract was with them.
I was told again to contact the manufacturer as they will give me further information on how to use the product.
I told them I have no product to use as the bottle was empty and I wasn't convinced it was full to start with (the bottle is not see through so had no way of checking it was full prior to using it)
The reply I got was.......Feliway Natural Spray does not last as long as people expect it to as it is only a travel spray. If you received the bottle half empty you should have informed us about this in the beginning and advised for a replacement therefore we are unable to refund you as it has already been used. If you have any further queries contact CEVA
The travel spray is a 15ml bottle and I definately have in my hand an empty 60ml bottle.
Anybody have any suggestions as to where I go from here?
Like I said I definately followed the instructions and did not misuse the product

How much of it did you think you used though-even 60 ml is a very small amount-a couple of sprays and it would be gone i would think?0

Do contact the manufacturer and just enquire how long they would reasonably expect a 60ml bottle to last. Then you can go back to vetuk.co.uk with confirmation that the product they sold you was not as described (ie. there was not 60ml in the bottle).By replying to this post you are agreeing to my Terms and Conditions which state that I am correct0

I used the spray as directed, about 10 sprays upto 3 times a day and never got past the first day/second spraying! I know 60ml isn't alot but would expect it to last longer than it did!
Helloecho - I've taken your very good advice and emailed CEVA I await their response!0 -
You could fill the bottle with 60ml and spray a comparable amount to what you used to test it out? Sounds like they're trying to fob you off tbh!0
