    If the Jiffy bag is postage paid non-recorded delivery, if they don't receive it how do they know the package hasn't got lost in the post? ;)

    Unfortunately, that does happen sometimes these days.

    I think I detect what you're trying to say...

    Anyone concerned about this can ask for proof of posting at the post office. It's not the same as recorded delivery but it costs nothing.
