Hope this will help someone.
I have just been accepted for a Halifax card at 0% on balance transfers for 12 months. Fee is 3%. There is also 0% on purchases for 5 months but to quote Martin will never never never use it for this.
I got the offer by direct mail but applied online using rpoints which offers 400 points for a successful application.

Just been to have a look at my paperwork and it is definitely 0% on both balance transfers and purchases for 12 months.
Was getting confused with a reduced rate offer I have received from Goldfish
