Does anyone know how I can put a thread from MSE to printable version and then a pdf file, the whole thread not just page by page!!!?

Use the Thread Tools menu (along the first green line above the top post) and choose "Show Printable Version", then print or save to a PDF from your browser

Depending on what software you already have, in order to print to a PDF file from your browser then you may need to install something like:
http://www.pdfforge.org/products/pdfcreator
