Hi I’m looking for a charity to make a website for, I’m building up a portfolio and the websites I make might as well be put to good use. I am qualified in XHTML (HTML), CSS, JavaScript, VBScript, ColdFusion, SQL, MySQL, PHP, and ASP. I’m also handy with Photoshop and I am in the process of learning Flash.
I am willing to listen to any interested parties, charities around the Hull area would be best but if good communication can be arranged I am willing to consider anywhere.
Feel free to PM me, Thanks Wayne

yes, I realise I may appear cold and heartless a lot of the time.0 -
Have you contacted your local council for voluntary service? Google that and Hull to find it.Signature removed for peace of mind0

Speak to Mark at BloodFast - http://www.bloodfast.co.uk - his charity is based in Hull and does the same as the one I'm involved with, Freewheelers. They have an OK website at the moment, but if you're offering to do something better for free he might listen.

Hi Wayne
A generous offer, I would suggest trying some of the small local charities I feel sure many would appreciate some help in getting or upgrading a website.
OK nothing startling but a request to post any that you do get involved with - a bit of publicity for them and you."The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him no good."(Samuel Johnson 1709-1784)
Lots of years in financial services, still learning!0 -
