Golf Holiday

Me and my wife have been trawling the net for 2 days now trying to find a suitable All Inclusive holiday for either 1 week(shorthall) or 2 weeks(long hall) with Golf Included if possible.When we think we have found it,it seems to be in the middle of knowhere and we would prefer somewhere with a bit of life.All advise would be great.Budget up to £2500 for both of us however not for the 7 day shorthall.:j

anywhere,pref june 2008(flexible on date),short hall I was thinking of either Turkey,Cyprus,Salou, or any other suggestions and long hall either USA,Carribean or again any other recommendations.Thanx

The Costa del Sol would be an ideal location for both of you.

It is around two and half hours flight time and has many excellent golf courses. June is also the start of low season for golf although hotel prices start to rise.

I have to tell you that I have recently become involved with a new golfing holiday company and so in line with the rules of this website I do not think I can tell you the name of the company? If anyone on this site can inform me differently then otherwise my best advice is to check out this area of Europe.

Appreciate reply.We've done the Costa del Sol Golf thing,was wondering if any other golfers had any other experiences of other areas to try.

12 of us went last Year (September) to the Algarve (Albuferia. SP) stayed in the Hotel Calafornia DBB for 4 nights, 4 round of Golf on different courses flights included for a total of £430.00, doing the same again this Year but playing 4 different courses, Transfers from Airport and to the Golf Courses included in the price. same Hotel but without the Dinner as it wasn't up to much. Night life in Albuferia (SP) was excellent....

I can post a link to the Hotel and the website that we booked golf with if anyone wants it.

Hi Cam,

You could be right there although I don't know the Weather in June over there, maybe you could Google Weather patterns in the Algarve for June?
When we went in September it was Hot but not too Hot, however you do have the Oppurtunity to Hire a Buggy (around 45 Euros though)
Hope you get somewhere to go and if you do Enjoy the Golf!!

We went to Costa de la Luz last year at the beginning of June and we played at about 9am and it was getting hot by the time we finished.
They started golfers on both 9's to enable people to play in the coolest part of the day.
We flew into Faro and drove over the border, just over 1 hours drive.

We are going back again this May/June.

Right, I've got flights organised not yet booked for Malaga from Leeds Bradford Airport

Fri 27th June at 4pm and then return from Malaga at 1pm on Monday 30th June for £129.18 P/P

Can anyone recommend budget 2 rounds of golf and stay (3 nights). No more than 1 hour from airport and close for one good night out anywhere round malaga.

Any advice or links very much appreciated
