Want to purchase a couple of nice radiators to replace old rubbish - also due to areas being small, floor to ceiling ones would be nice...
Have googled - some places are asking 1,000k upwards!
Gotta be some nice ones for sensible prices out there surely..!!

We got a nice one from B and Q, but you need to check the output heat as I think they are more for show than practical reasons. Our room is not large but we have a large normal radiator and then a designer one in as well. Hope this helps.0

I can ask my hubby in the morning as he is an agent to the bathroom industry and represents a company that sells them!!!

Hudson Reed do a range of designer radiators at reasonable prices, the website is currently having a facelift but most good plumbers merchants should be able to obtain the products and will have a catalogue0

Hi
I have an account and have ordered from Acova who make top quality rads - just drop me an e-mail if you would like some infor and prices. Richard0 -
we got a nice tall one from screwfix, the mrs works for a vauxhall garage and they sprayed it metallic black (same colour as a black metallic vectra) and then baked it in the car oven.
Looks brilliant.0 -
haven't checked B & Q yet to be honest - will do very shortly!
These rads are for our lounge which is longish and narrow - I know most of rads seen seem to be for the bathroom. The blasted pipes come down from the ceiling at the moment, if box them in and put in normal rad, it would look nice, but if put floor to ceiling, not only would they look nice, but save on space too. Naturally the ones we've seen that have liked have been horrendous price - and you oh so know you're being ripped off!
Gonna take a look at B&Q and the hudson one. Thanks for input - anymore will be grateful!Genie
