update...opps! ghost flooded the bathroom

Thanks to those who offered ideas/support and humor:D
Ok it wasn't a ghost:o
The overflow was blocked by a dead mouse:eek:
and my son has discovered...with the help of other flat owners, that if 1 other flat is using a large amount of water eg. shower/bath/washing machine then the drop in water pressure is quite a bit.
It looks like the tap is off but when someone else stops using the water the water flow to his tap returns as a trickle!
What a way to find out!

yep the all 4 fish are fine, now in their new temp tank 'till the pond is built!
