I am going to Candolim, Goa in March, can anyone tell me were to eat, drink, buy cheap suits, and how much will it cost me in a taxi from the airport. I have read so many stories about being ripped off by taxi drivers.

Its a few years since we went to Goa, but as you exit the airport there used to be an official taxi kiosk with prices to all areas on a board - you will need to change some money first before leaving the airport.
www.holidaytruths.co.uk has a forum all about Goa, including members who live there.
You will be shocked when you first get there, just chill out and enjoy the experience - go on at least on local bus to Mapusa - cost about 2 rupees, but you'll have enough stories to tell for months after!
Workers relaying the bus station using hot bitumen whilst wearing flip flops was my memorable sight!0 -
