exporting pictures on to memory stick

i need to get some google images on to a memory stick for printing,one problem not sure where to put them on my mac as i dont have word or pages,is there a quick way of doing this so i can print them out. on a pc you right click and save image but still unsure of how to do this on my mac

I think its control + Click or Apple + Click (on the image) then save image0

Click and hold on the image you want.
Select Save image as from the list that appears.
A window should appear, showing the folders on your hard drive. Choose where you would like to save the image to, and click Save.
Don't forget about copyright!
A lot of pictures you see on the web will be under copyright0 -
Ctrl (Control) + Click is the Mac equivalent of the right click, and will bring up context sensitive menus. You can also install a two button mouse (or more) and program the buttons in the control panels.0
